Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Resident Services Coordinator at The Upland.
As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for seeing that the residents are well oriented with the property's services, amenities and policies.
Responsibilities
- Work with Property Manager to coordinate property marketing plan.
- Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe and well-maintained home
- Regularly seek to understand and anticipate what residents need.
- Negotiate new leases and renewals per specifications of the Property Owner and Property Manager.
- Assist new residents moving in by notifying them of community procedures for parking, hours, night access, mail, etc.
- Maintain prospect, traffic and leasing data and assist with other computer data entry as needed. Assist with monthly closing as needed.
- Work with Property Manager to coordinate property marketing plan.
- Implement and evaluate market strategies monthly.
- Contact and work with local employers and business and locators.
- Contact current residents for referrals.
- Market the property and build traffic.
- Sell or help sell the property to prospective residents
- Inventory supplies needed for activities.
- Coordinate with Property Manager to purchase supplies as needed.
- Distribute semiannual resident surveys.
- Conduct personal phone calls or visits with new residents.
- Assist Property Manager and staff as needed.
Qualifications
- One year of sales/service/leasing experience
- Class A Multifamily experience, preferred
- Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent, 2-year degree or higher preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
Required Testing
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
