T-Shirt Printing and Embroidery company seeks high performing Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage office and building needs
- Check orders for accuracy
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital
- Schedule orders and maintain production schedules
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to all callers and visitors
- Prepare packages and pallets for shipment
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Interact with customers via in-person, phone and email
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed
- Assist with training and development of staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using E-mail and office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of printing industry, T-shirts, embroidery is a plus
- Experience in training and development is preferred
