The Behavioral & Social Sciences Department at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Prescott Campus is seeking a qualified adjunct faculty member to teach PSY 101: Introduction to Psychology and, if possible, forensic-focused undergraduate psychology courses (e.g., forensic psychology; victimology). The position is available starting Fall 2025 and may extend on an ongoing, as-needed basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Teach undergraduate courses in psychology.
- Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction in alignment with departmental standards and university policies.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative classroom environment.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology is required.
Preferred candidates will have a clinical or forensic psychology background through education or professional experience.
Strong teaching skills and a commitment to undergraduate education are essential.
