(This position will be hybrid work for candidates who reside in the Des Moines Metro area.)

Responsibilities

This internship opportunity offers exciting opportunities for business exposure and individual mentoring. Examples of functional areas may include: Underwriting, Finance, Claims; Innovation, Marketing; Product Management, Operations and more.

Essential Functions

• Paid internship working in EMC’s Financial Planning & Analysis department
• Participates in the financial budgetary process – daily accounts payable and receivables processes
• Reporting and providing financial analysis to leadership
• Provides new ideas and improvements to current processes
• Learns about EMC systems and functions
  
  

Education & Experience

• Completion of freshman or sophomore year preferred
• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred
• Accounting, Finance, Business majors preferred or other related field of studies
