Responsibilities :
This internship opportunity offers exciting opportunities for business exposure and individual mentoring. Examples of functional areas may include : Underwriting, Finance, Claims; Innovation, Marketing; Product Management, Operations and more.
Essential Functions :
Paid internship working in EMC’s Financial Planning & Analysis department
Participates in the financial budgetary process – daily accounts payable and receivables processes
Reporting and providing financial analysis to leadership
Provides new ideas and improvements to current processes
Learns about EMC systems and functions
Education & Experience :
Completion of freshman or sophomore year preferred
Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred
Accounting, Finance, Business majors preferred or other related field of studies
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical ability
Strong organizational skills
Sound decision-making and problem-solving
