Essential Functions

• Collects, reviews, and enters rating information into the system to provide quotes to underwriters for new business, endorsements and renewals
• Contacts the agent and follows up for missing information
• Reviews the automated renewal quote document and makes necessary updates
• Reviews and processes endorsements that fall within a specified list of requirements
• Prepares and approves renewals within authority limit
  
  

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalency
• One year of office support experience desired
  
  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm
• Accurate data entry skills
• Good personal computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette
• Knowledge of insurance terminology desired
  
  

The hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within either the $18.00-$25.00 range or the $20.00-$28.00 range. A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
