Essential Functions :
- Summer full-time paid internship working alongside the Creative Services Manager and others within the Marketing & Communications department.
- Assists in the overall management of EMC's social media channels.
- Assists in the creation of social media content and ensures content is tailored appropriately for each channel.
- Measures results, optimizes content as needed, and communicates campaign results to the Creative Services Manager.
- Assists with internal and external communications campaigns and projects.
- Builds and distributes internal and external email / e-newsletter campaigns utilizing HTML and third-party email systems.
- Publishes internal articles and other content on the intranet site and on in-office digital signage, using various content publishing platforms.
- Assists with the maintenance of our intranet, implementing strategic changes.
- Supports the larger Marketing & Communications department by performing other work as assigned, including project coordination, copywriting, and proofreading.
