What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Account Manager position at EmCo Consulting, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing customer accounts and developing strong client relationships. The Client Account Manager will manage all aspects of the client's waste disposal program, including customer service, invoice disputes, contract enforcement, waste stream consulting, data processing and analysis, and monthly and quarterly data reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain consultative relationships with clients.
- Provide timely and accurate client and vendor customer service.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements with vendors.
- Monitor client waste disposal services and identify opportunities for sustainability and increased efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and provide detailed client waste stream data reporting.
- Ensure monthly invoicing and project deadlines are met.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in formulas and spreadsheets.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and on a team with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to learn proprietary software.
- Previous experience in the waste industry or healthcare is preferred.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
