We are currently looking for a self-motivated team player to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service/Sales Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
-Engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
-Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and accuracy.
-Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with promotions, features, and benefits.
-Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards quick resolutions.
Experience:
-MUST have strong Microsoft Excel & Word skills/knowledge
-Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but, not required
