Job Description:
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives.
Oversee configuration, change, and release management.
Assess change impact and readiness across various teams and departments.
Design and implement change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Maintain the configuration baselines for applications, software, reports, and hardware associated with this task order.
Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop mitigation plans to address them.
Collaborate with leadership and project teams to align change efforts with business objectives, using the defined change management process.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
May develop change management tools, templates, and best practices to standardize change processes.
Stay up to date on industry trends, methodologies, and best practices in change management.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ITIL), and best practices.
Experience in managing change within large, complex organizations.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze data and assess the impact of change initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and change management software.
US citizenship is required in order to obtain Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications:
Change management certification (e.g., ITIL) is highly desirable.
Experience with Agile change management methodologies.
