What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Architect 4 position at EMCO Technologies?
We are seeking a highly skilled System Integrator to join our Specialized Services team supporting the Office of Strategic Infrastructure (OSI) Facilities and Real Estate Division (FRED) IT. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting similar enterprise analytics, and utilities and building systems operational technology deployments in the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop a concise Program Plan that will support federal agency goal for Institutional Analytics.
Identify 20 common facility assets and fault detection rules that will form an “Initial Institutional Analytics Capability.”
Develop data standards that support an enterprise implementation of the Initial Institutional Analytics Capability.
Document data standards and provide implementation guidance in a concise Data Governance Guide.
Develop and document system integration plans and architectures. Assess requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
Implements detailed plans and recommends policies and procedures regarding program specific requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years experience. May be possible to substitute experience for degree.
Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead and collaborate.
Strong understanding and experience with industry best practices and compliance standards such as ASHRAE 223P.
Proficiency in analytics as pertains to utilities and buildings systems, specifically deployments within the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies.
Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a collaborative environment.
Experience in planning, executing, and managing system integration projects.
US citizenship is required in order to obtain 85p Public Trust
