Job Description:

We are looking for a Trucking Dispatcher to help coordinate freight and keep operations running smoothly. Whether you have prior experience or are eager to learn, we offer training and support to help you succeed in this fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assign loads and schedule drivers efficiently

• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

• Track and monitor freight status, resolving any issues that arise

• Learn how to negotiate rates and secure loads from brokers/customers

• Maintain basic compliance with DOT regulations and company policies

• Use dispatch software to update and manage load assignments
