We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize project management software such as Primavera, Prolog, and ProCore for planning and tracking progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on the construction site.
- Prepare and review contracts with clients and subcontractors to ensure all parties understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting for materials and labor.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software including Primavera, Bluebeam, Prolog, and ProCore.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on construction estimating and budget management.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
