- Utilize tools like Schematics, Blueprint reading, and HeavyBid for accurate project execution.
- Create and manage project schedules using Primavera software.
- Oversee subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Address any construction issues promptly and effectively.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on build projects.
- 5-15 years of experience working with General Contractors
- Experience managing commercial projects
- Strong project scheduling and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately.
