This includes communicating effectively with coworkers, customers, and customer staff to ensure that work status and expected completion dates are clearly understood.
Responsibilities:
- Abides by all safety guidelines, including OSHA regulations, lock-out/tag-out, etc.
- Conducts regular checks of systems and equipment to identify issues and document performance.
- Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment competently.
- Communicates effectively with the client Facility Manager to determine service needs and reports any operational concerns.
