Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Summary: In a safe and efficient manner, the HVAC Technician completes required PMs and repairs commercial and industrial facility equipment. This role requires excellent communication skills and follow-through capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Abide by all safety guidelines, including OSHA regulations and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Conduct regular checks of systems and equipment to identify issues and document performance.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on equipment, with guidance from more experienced technicians when necessary.
- Document work results in the CMMS and analyze findings to recommend updates to the PM list.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customer staff to ensure work requests are understood and completed efficiently.
- May provide guidance to subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of related experience is required.
- Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver's license. A Universal Refrigeration License is also preferred.
- A valid OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is desired.
