Job Title: Facilities Director
The Facilities Director will serve as the Primary Relationship Manager to the client. This role reports to the Vice President General Manager, EMCOR Facilities Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic direction in conjunction with the Vice President, General Manager.
- Ensure all installed equipment and systems meet contract requirements and exceed client expectations.
- Manage and implement Site Safety Program consistent with EFS master program.
- Analyze monthly reports to ensure strategic alignment and optimal delivery of service.
- Establish goals and performance criteria, and measurement processes to proactively manage the business.
- Implement processes and technology to deliver quality services and create a consistent operational image.
- Interface with vendors and clients on matters of plant maintenance and repairs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planned maintenance, unplanned maintenance, and repairs.
- Manage the Fuel Management System, including testing and reporting.
- Manage the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Title V Operating Permit, and ancillary aspects.
- Develop budgets and long-range financial planning with the client.
- Manage site personnel, including hiring, training, discipline, etc.
- Perform Administrative duties, including Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Payroll, and documentation.
Requirements:
- A detailed understanding of Combined Heat and Power and Central Utility Plants, including startup, operations, and maintenance.
- A minimum of seven to ten plus years' experience at a senior level in managing plant operations with at least $5 - 10 M in revenue.
- The ability to identify best practices within industry and apply them across the account scope.
- Good computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI.
