Job Summary:
The Senior Facilities Executive will serve as the primary relationship manager to clients, responsible for achieving revenue and profit goals, maintaining employee morale and retention, and developing strategic direction with Vice Presidents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, managing site safety programs and training subordinates.
Align with client and EMCOR objectives, identifying best practices and performance metrics.
Analyze monthly reports, meeting with clients and management to discuss performance results.
Establish goals and performance criteria, managing cost effectiveness, consistency, quality, accuracy, and performance.
Implement customer satisfaction processes, delivering quality services and creating a consistent operational image.
Interface with vendors and clients regarding plant maintenance, repairs, and equipment procedures.
Manage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Fuel Management Systems, and environmental permits.
Develop budgets and long-range financial planning with clients.
Manage site personnel, including hiring, training, discipline, and quality control.
Represent EMCOR onsite, adhering to safety and environmental policies.
Perform administrative duties, including purchase orders, invoicing, payroll, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum seven to ten years' experience at a senior level in plant operations, with $5 - 10 million in revenue.
Ability to identify industry best practices and apply them across account scope.
Strong finance and analytical abilities, good computer skills, and leadership skills to manage teams.
