Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and Key Performance Indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze job costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.
- Prepare and maintain job cost reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with project managers to review job cost performance and provide financial insights.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., COINS, SAP, Oracle, Onestream etc).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Bi a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical Contractor Industry related background preferred.

Compensation Range: $80,000-$100,000/year depending on experience
