Job Summary:
MOR PPM Inc. is currently seeking an Information Technology Intern. Interns will work for 8 weeks supporting the IT department within PPM. Expectations include performing lower-level IT tasks such as moving / setting up IT hardware and working on small projects as assigned.

Job Summary:
MOR PPM Inc. is currently seeking an Information Technology Intern. Interns will work for 8 weeks supporting the IT department within PPM. Expectations include performing lower-level IT tasks such as moving / setting up IT hardware and working on small projects as assigned.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs laptop maintenance per IT policies
- Acts as expert and troubleshooter on copiers and printers
- Assists in maintaining equipment inventory
- Resolves tickets as required, if available
- Follow all SOPs, safety and health guidelines, and cGMP guidelines
- Perform Software installation, upgrades and configuration
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Must be progressing towards an Information Technology Degree
- Requires basic knowledge of how desktops and printers are connected
- Requires moderate knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Ability to establish priorities and meet quality expectations in a professional manner with minimal supervision
- Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign
- May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
- Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
- Must have full range of motion consistent with age
- Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
- Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises
- Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
- Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
