Job Title : Automation Technician III
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the design and intent of mechanical equipment and systems (Chiller, Boiler, Custom AHU's, Primary / Secondary pumping, Variable flow Chilled water plants, Clean Room Applications, Demand Response, and Energy solutions).
- Analyze systems and develop scope of work for controls implementation.
- Monitor, identify and diagnose potential problems using computer workstations and on-site observations.
- Interface with the installation or maintenance team members to execute installations, repairs or modifications of controlled systems and equipment.
- Give technical presentations on building automation, controls, and emerging technology.
- Able to locate defective or non-operational components in new and existing systems, using test equipment and programming knowledge.

Compensation Range : $47.00 - $56.00 per hour
