Job Title : Contract Project Manager (J)
Job Summary : EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Contract Project Manager to support building operations and mechanical maintenance services for a multi-tenant government office complex in New York, NY. The Contract Project Manager will have the authority to act for EMCOR Government Services in every detail during the term of the contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide direction and oversight to site-based staff.
Develop, execute, and oversee strategic operational changes to improve service delivery, financial performance and meet current and future direction from EGS and EMCOR Leadership
Establish a formalized approach to facility planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and facilities services
Ensure that all work meets established performance standards and codes, and that customer needs are fulfilled
Oversee a diverse technical and crafts staff and subcontractors
Ensure that workers are appropriately trained, qualified, and certified to safely accomplish assigned tasks
Accept notices of deductions, inspection reports and all other correspondence on behalf of EGS

Compensation Range : $200k - $220k
