Job Summary : Havel is seeking a Building Automation Branch Manager. This position will lead a 10-20 employee group in the Building Automation (“BAS”) field, including security. The role will oversee the installation and commissioning of our Temperature Controls systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee all operational stages of the project, including Engineering, Programming, Material, Checkout, Installation and Closeout, to meet the scope agreed to with our customer, within the estimated budget.
- Responsible for the division’s P&L and Operations
- Oversees implementation plan for the customer’s situation and issues
- Develops positive relationships with customer contacts, other site contractors, and our internal support teams
- Directs a team consisting of control specialists, installers, engineers, programmers, project managers, and office staff for each project
- Successfully maintains an acceptable rate of project savings compared to estimated budgets
- Other tasks as required
