Job Title : Configuration Management Database and IT Asset Management Specialist
Job Summary : This position is responsible for the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) system. This role ensures that all Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets are properly tracked, documented, and maintained. The CMDB & ITAM Specialist will work closely with IT, security, and business teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- CMDB Management :
Design and implement the structure for the ServiceNow CMDB, including relationships between CIs.
Develop and manage ITAM processes, including asset discovery, lifecycle management, and decommissioning.
Implement data governance policies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CI and asset data.
Work closely with the ServiceNow developer to implement CI-related workflows and ensure proper integration with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.).

Compensation Range : $72,000 - $102,000
Other Compensation : This position is bonus eligible
