Job Title : Landscape Site Lead
Job Summary :
Landscape Site lead reports to Account Manager and is the custodian of the building's exterior landscaped and non-landscaped areas. Examples include :
- Maintain lawn and bush hog areas throughout site.
- Supervise a crew of 5-6 associates in lawn maintenance
- Repairing fences and gates
- Storm water management
- Landscape / Snow removal and contractor supervision
- General landscape duties
- Assist in vehicle and equipment maintenance
The role requires effective communication with client, supervisors, and team members.
