Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer / Administrator
Job Summary : This position is responsible for the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role supports the ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules by creating solutions that automate and streamline business processes. The Developer / Administrator will collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to configure, customize, and maintain the platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- ServiceNow Development :
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
Perform administrative tasks on the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, access control, and instance management.
Provide ongoing support for the ServiceNow platform, troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents related to ServiceNow functionalities.
Work closely with the CMDB & ITAM Specialist, ITSM Process Lead, and other stakeholders to implement solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Compensation Range : $95,000 - $133,000.
This position is bonus eligible.
