Job Title : Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Job Summary : The Shipping & Receiving clerk will coordinate the receipt, distribution, organization, and shipment of materials in an office warehouse setting on a daily basis. Responsible for maintaining an organized mail-room and serving as the Customer's interface with clients, and will be the subject matter expert for all domestic and international shipments. Clerk will assist in problem-resolution for any damaged and / or misdirected shipments, and work cross-functionally with Customer's internal services teams to satisfy all requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Receiving mail deliveries daily, sorting into appropriate mail lockers.
- Pack all materials for shipping, including applying postage, weighing, sorting, and staging.
- Maintain postal equipment, including machines, meters, scales, and material handling equipment.
- Mail management, including tracking shipments and receiving of packages, mass-mailing planning and fulfillment, address verification support, and mail returns.
- Supplies management, including conducting inventories, cost management, efforts to reduce waste and improve efficiency, restocking, and deliver paper supplies as required.
- Reprographics, including large format and poster printing, lamination, mounting, CD duplication, and other actions at the Customer's request.
- Replenish postage meters as required.
- Track all usage data to provide monthly reports as specified.
