What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Service Technician position at EMCOR Services Betlem?
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Compensation Range: $38.18/hour or higher depending on experience

- Respond to HVAC&R service calls as required/dispatched.
- Install systems as assigned.
- Boiler, RTU, split system, and small refrigeration system service experience a plus.
- Provide required support in estimating service work and coordination of projects.
- Communicate with customers and show a high level of customer service skills.
- Coordinate work schedules and materials as needed.
- Provide office with cost estimates for repair work.
- Comply with corporate policy on safety, work ethics and time constraints.
- Ensure that work is executed as scheduled.
- Assist and participate in the on-call program.
- Assist project and service managers with new accounts
- Clean driving record
- EPA certification
- OSHA 10 Hour
