ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage multiple customer accounts and achieve automation sales goals
- Manage construction & renovation market for sales opportunities
- Attend pre-bid meetings & site surveys for estimation details
- Develop automation project scope, estimate, energy saving ROI, and proposals
- Maintain CRM tracking
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of recent automation sales / support experience preferred
- Engineering / technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferred
- Prior knowledge, and utilization, of Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Knowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred
- Knowledge of commercial contractors, facility managers, owners, engineering firms, and general contractors preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style
