Job Overview: As an HVAC Service Technician with IKM Building Solutions, Inc., you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems and equipment. You will identify maintenance risks on equipment, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems including RTUs, heat pumps, boilers and chillers, and troubleshoot building HVAC control systems.
You will perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently, keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions and comply with service standards, work instructions and customer requirements. Additionally, you will mentor, train and develop apprentices and work on call for one week at a time.
