Job Title: Estimating Coordinator
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate “kick off” meetings with Sales & Implementation teams
- Take meeting minutes for design-build projects.
- Generate status updates on active projects.
- Perform routine clerical duties – setting up new files, maintaining and organization of department files, reproducing documents, drawings, etc. for bid process and design production.
- Generate Purchase orders & assist with price matching with vendors.
- Manage vendor pricing spreadsheets & quotes.
- Download and organize plan & specs for estimating department.
- Track down subcontractor pricing.
- Spreadsheet management (Bid Board & Prequal List)
- Prequal applications
- CRM Management
- Create & manage vendor matrix
Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
- High School diploma
- Experience taking detailed meeting minutes.
- 2 years’ experience in back-office support.
- 1 years’ experience in construction back office preferred.
- Effective communications skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Scheduling and planning experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.

Compensation Range: $30 - $38 per hour
