Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of heat exchanger components and parts.
- Conduct non-destructive testing and compile documentation to ensure compliance.
- Verify hardness tests and visual inspections before and after PWHT.
- Perform bundled inspections, including skeletal assembly, in-process and final checks.
- Use prints to perform dimensional checks of completed parts and/or units.
- Observe hydro testing and verify hydro pressures.
- Review and inspect painting requirements.
- Prepare completed units for shipment.
- Perform non-code NDE testing.
- Check and re-calibrate tools and equipment.
- Ensure safe performance of assigned tasks.
- Prepare QC data files for each job.
