Job Title: Payroll and Travel Administrator (ECM)

Job Summary: ECM Holding Company has an opportunity for a Payroll and Travel Administrator in Oshkosh, WI. The Payroll and Travel Administrator is responsible for:
Managing the payroll process, including calculating employee earnings, deductions, and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely paychecks are issued, maintaining employee records, complying with relevant payroll regulations and compliance reporting, and arranging travel (flight, hotels, rental cars and other travel requirements) for operations team members.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Travel

  • Coordinate employee travel for up to 60 employees each week, from multiple divisions of ECM, to and from job sites.
    • This includes ensuring the best price available for tickets, stays and rentals.
    • Using independent judgement to coordinate travel of multiple employees from various locations in the US to arrive at the same time to an airport to be able to share vehicle rentals to accommodations
    • Making last minute adjustments to travel already booked to reroute employees
    • Tracking travel credits earned from canceled flights and using them on future travel

Payroll

  • Process Payroll:
    • Weekly payroll for field and biweekly for office. Including calculating employee earnings, deductions, and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely paychecks are issued, maintaining employee records, and complying with relevant payroll regulations.
    • Certified Payroll for jobs requiring it
  • Track and ensure proper hourly payment of Davis Bacon or other required prevailing wage as required by job.
  • Track and verify that per diems are paid correctly
  • Track and verify that travel time is paid correctly
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail, organization, and good time management skills are necessary to be successful in this position.
  • 2 years of payroll experience required
  • Experience with ADP is preferred.
