Job Title : HVAC Service Technician
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Install new HVAC units, brazing, line sets, trimming refrigerant and adding charge.
- Install piping systems to include but not limited to drain piping, p-traps, water lines, gas lines valves and actuators
- Install coils, compressors, condensers, fans, motors, combustion equipment, and industrial air compressors.
- Perform start up, testing and commissioning on RTU's, Air Handlers, VAV's, Fan Coil units, swamp coolers and other Commercial HVAC Equipment
- Test lines, components, and connections for leaks, brazing and soldering parts as necessary to repair defective joints.
- Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts.

Compensation Range : $55.24 - $76.43 Per Hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA / rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
