Job Title : Solar Project Developer
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- The use of analytical and observational skills demonstrates an ability to organize, budget, and control the estimating process.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, design-build projects, and prepare material takeoff lists based on scope.
- An understanding of the fundamentals associated with overhead, insurance, & taxes.
- Adept at using computers and associated software quickly & efficiently; specific knowledge and hands-on use with Bluebeam Revu, MS Office - intermediate level abilities with Excel and Accubid.
- Excellent knowledge of the Company's industry and trends impacting its business.
- Able to comprehend and perform business math calculations necessary to accurately prepare job estimates and quotes and calculate gross profit margins and related costs.
- Ability to execute tasks accurately in a high-pressure environment.
- A strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and drive to succeed.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to pursue continuing education, such as certifications from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACE).

Compensation Range : $120,000 - $136,000 per year
