Your Role:
As the HR Integrated Solutions Partner for Electronics you are involved in developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives and drive the employee life cycle through expertise and know-how. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance and insights on various HR matters.
Your role involves providing timely consultation to your HR Business Partner as well as Senior Management on various HR key areas with a special focus on Total Rewards program design, best practices, applications, processes, compliance and tools within the global organization and the broader market. You will support and train on Total Rewards initiatives while driving continuous improvement of standards and processes.
Being part of a team of HR experts you will leverage yours and their expertise, various data sources and your strong business acumen to also consult on and strategically influence other HR key areas of the people plans, such as compensation, benefits, workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and talent development strategies, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and support the adoption of HR strategies and initiatives. In addition, you will partner with Corporate HR functions to align on overall company strategies and ensure business-specific priorities are considered.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits, with high exposure to other HR functions including (but not limited to) People Analytics, Talent Development or DE&I initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and align HR strategies with overall business goals
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and devise actionable recommendations for HR and business leadership
- Effective communication, presentation and consulting skills, adaptable to diverse cultures and different management levels
- Independent, organized, and detail-oriented work style
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with project management experience
- Business-fluent in English
Pay range for the position: $99,400 – $149,000
Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
