The Director Global Strategic Projects is an on-site position at our Burlington, MA office with domestic and international travel required to meet business needs.
Your Role :
As the Director Global Strategic Projects, you are responsible for the identification, scoping, and delivery of strategic projects across the >
10b USD Life Science sector. Reporting to the Head of Global Strategy and Market Intelligence, you will independently seek out and develop opportunities to drive strategic projects, leading a wide range of stakeholders towards a common goal.
More specifically, this role involves :
- Identifying, scoping, initiating, and leading strategic efforts supporting MilliporeSigma’s global strategy.
- Supporting and improving execution of strategic efforts in the broader organization, proactively identifying interdependencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing strategic decisions for MilliporeSigma’s executive leadership.
- Shaping strategic priorities through an in-depth understanding of the organization, its customers, and competitors.
- Leading cross-functional teams in project delivery, including delivery of multiple efforts simultaneously.
