As a take-out-only model, we specialize in providing high-quality meals quickly and efficiently through in-person pick-up and third-party delivery platforms.
We are a rapidly growing startup seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead our innovative operations in Central Florida.

About the Role:
The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in our operations, serving as a leader, problem-solver, and ambassador of our values. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for both our team and customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen environment designed for a take-out-only model.
- Lead by example, inspiring a team of 5–10 team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage schedules, inventory, and supply orders to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring new team members.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Monitor food quality, ensuring every dish meets EME's Virtual Food Hall’s high standards.
- Oversee and manage orders via third-party delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze delivery platform performance and collaborate with leadership to optimize efficiency.
- Uphold health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive company goals and foster a culture of positivity and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven leader with experience in Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR), fast-casual, or food service roles (1 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-first mentality.
- Familiarity with third-party delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub) is required.
- Proficiency in Tagalog, Bisaya, and English preferred to better serve our diverse team and customer base.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive work ethic with a focus on accountability and integrity.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
- A desire to grow personally and professionally, with a commitment to learning and improving.
