Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As an SLP, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' communication and swallowing disorders, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Evaluate patients' communication and swallowing abilities through assessments and screenings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- A valid state license to practice as an SLP.
- Current certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
