Emerald Advisors is seeking an Paraplanner to join our team of professionals focused on providing purpose-driven wealth management to high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities:
- Maintain client data in CRM and financial planning tools.
- Work closely with senior team members in collecting and analyzing client data for use in developing and presenting financial plans.
- Prepare slides for client proposals and annual review meetings. Coordinate post-meeting follow-ups.
- Assist in client onboarding and account opening.
- Support advisors in managing current and prospective client relationships.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations and best practices in financial planning
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role in the financial services industry
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills including written correspondence.
- Team player, collaborative, and able to work well with others.
- Passion for helping clients.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive client information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or business.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically on a strategic level, take initiative and problem-solve.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with eMoney and/or Redtail a plus.
