About Us
Emerald Bay Memory Care is a beautiful 20 room Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). We are located on the far West side of Green Bay in a very nice neighborhood. We provide exceptional care for residents who struggle with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and other cognitive and physical disabilities.

Position
We are looking for a kind and compassionate Med Passer / Resident Assistant caregiver. Medication Administration Certificate if preferred but not required - WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON!
Job Description
- Accurately pass medication in the allotted time frame
- Accurately document the medication passed to each resident
- Promptly answer call lights
- Accurately communicate and document all resident issues and concerns
- Help residents with ADL's (toileting, bathing, dressing, room tidies, etc)
- Assist residents with transfers
- Monitor vital signs
- Basic wound care
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid State of WI Driver's License
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language
- Must have, or acquire while working, a Medication Administration Certificate (we pay for state training)
- Must communicate well with residents, families, and staff
- Must be able to work well independently AND as a team player
- Must be dependable and show up for your shifts on time
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, and bend
- Must be able to stand on your feet for most of your shift
NOC Shift Schedule: 10pm - 6am / Rotating Week Schedule / Every Other Weekend

Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
