What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Emerald Beach Hotel?
Monarch Resorts is looking for a friendly, personable, individual who enjoys people, and can communicate clearly and pleasantly with our guests. The successful team member will extend a warm welcome to guests, be attentive to their needs and make them feel at home.
Duties include -
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Book, modify or cancel guest reservations
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Refer guests to local amenities and venues;
- Resolve all questions and complaints to guest’s satisfaction.
- Have the ability to memorize multiple packages rates and discounts.
- Post cash and credit card payments
- Balance end of shift paperwork and prepare daily deposit.
Qualifications include -
- Must have at least 1 year or more in customer service. Hotel experience preferred.
- Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
