Duties

- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications for open positions.
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient candidate management.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and organizational policies during the recruitment process.
- Assist in employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management.
- Support lead generation efforts for future hiring needs by building a talent pipeline.
Experience
- Proven experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, or staffing coordination is preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Familiarity with employee evaluation techniques and best practices in interviewing.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using ATS and HRIS systems for tracking candidates and managing data.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
