Your Mission: As a Field Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming workspaces and enhancing the way businesses operate. - Deliver Excellence: Ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and meet customer expectations.
- Daily Coordination: Communicate with dispatch each day to receive assignments and manage your schedule effectively.
- Safety First: Collaborate closely with the safety manager to address any safety-related concerns.
- Financial Management: Work with the accounting department to submit receipts for reimbursements and manage billable job charges.
- Expense Control: Assist in monitoring and controlling outside overhead expenses incurred during installations.
- Scope Review: Review project scopes with the appropriate salesperson to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Warehouse Support: Help the warehouse team when items are returned or taken out.
- Documentation: Assist in documenting disciplinary actions as necessary, providing feedback to the Team Supervisor and Human Resources.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and maintain reports, including DVIR, Bill of Lading, and Disposal forms.
- Installation Safety: Ensure proper and safe installation techniques are utilized during all projects.
- Team Communication: Communicate the daily work plan to your team, including breaks and necessary redirections.
- Physical Support: Assist with the physical aspects of projects as required.
What We're Looking For:
Skills And Abilities
- Leadership: Ability to lead a crew ranging from 2 to over 25 team members.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and database programs.
- Physical Capability: Must be able to perform all physical aspects required for Installer and Lead positions.
- Ability to remain on your feet for the entire shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 200 lbs.
- Experience: 1-3 years in moving/installation and 3-5 years leading large projects is preferred.
- Education: High School diploma preferred
