Description
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Service Seller to join our team in Phoenix. As a Service Seller, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our commercial facilities services, including commercial moving, new product installation, move / add / change, hotel FF&E installation, furniture decommissioning, asset management / storage & technology services. You will play a key role in developing business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Your primary focus will be on business development, meeting sales goals, and providing top-level customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect, qualify, present, and secure our services to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to determine the best solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop estimates for services to be rendered and present them to customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer problems or concerns.
- Meet sales goals within budget and designated timeframes.
- Coordinate service sales efforts with product and operational fulfillment departments and associated team members.
- Analyze the territory potential, track sales, and generate activity reports using company-provided tracking tools.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
