Job Description:
As a Warehouse Team Lead, also known as an Operations Team Lead, you will play a critical role within our Operations team. The Operations team is essential for providing onsite technical support to ensure the efficient and timely execution of lab experiments. In your role as an Operations Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Shift Manager to inspire, support, and direct a team of 15-25 members.
This position demands strong problem-solving skills, exceptional people management capabilities, and a knack for troubleshooting. Success in this role means becoming deeply acquainted with every aspect of our lab operations, including the processes and the technological infrastructure that facilitate remote experimentation.
As a Team Lead, your influence will be crucial in driving ongoing improvements. Your responsibilities will include resolving logistical issues, enhancing team productivity, and committing to solutions based on robust data analysis.
About You:
- 2 years of experience leading small teams to improve productivity & quality (strongly preference)
- You have 3 years of experience working in a Life Sciences or GMP environment
- Experience applying systematic troubleshooting methodologies to complex technical problems
- Capable and willing to learn computer programming (no prior experience necessary, but it is a welcomed bonus!)
- Familiar with common industry best practices (Lean, Six Sigma, etc)
- Excited about working in a dynamic fast paced startup environment
Compensation:
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
- Work Schedule Options: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday shifts
- Shifts Available: Day and Evening
