Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. No experience is required. We will train if needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial swimming pools. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in various outdoor environments.
Duties
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of pools, ensuring they are safe and hygienic for use.
- Assess pool water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as necessary to maintain optimal water quality.
- Troubleshoot issues with pool equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including maintenance schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pool needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
