Bookkeeper

**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Bookkeeper to oversee our bookkeeping and ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Duties:**

• Manage all accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, tax filings, monthly reconciliation/reporting and administrative tasks.
• Implement and maintain financial processes and procedures.
• Assist with budgeting processes and provide financial report interpretation to support decision-making.
• Assist with financial management activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
• Manage multiple accounts for multiple projects across several software systems.
  
  

**Experience:**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Bookkeeping experience required.
• Proven experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and budgeting processes.
