What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Emerald Energy & Exploration Land Company?
Emerald Energy and Exploration Land Company, one of the fastest-growing land management and acquisition agencies in the country, is currently accepting applications for an experienced Project Coordinator in Corbin Kentucky.
Here are some of the things you'll be doing:
- Will work under the direction of the Program Manager.
- Responsible for the development of budgets and schedules related to right-of-way and real estate acquisitions.
- Serves as the lead for the development and monitoring of quality control processes to ensure timely execution of projects.
- May serve as a single point of contact at times on project control-related items.
- Responsible for preparing and issuing project reports indicating the production status that identifies production performance, a dashboard indicating the earned value of schedule performance and cost performance, and risk for all aspects of small, medium, or large projects.
- In addition, responsible for preparing and issuing portfolio reports indicating overall project performance based on schedule and budget performance, and associated risk.
Here's what we are looking for:
- Strong computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting and ERP software
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Self-discipline and motivation to perform tasks independently
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Ability to travel on a limited basis
- 5 years of administrative or project management experience
- Experience completing project reports and documents
- Real Estate License a plus
- Title abstracting or peer review experience a plus
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience a plus
