Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of wear and spare parts to clients in the aggregate , contractor & recycling Industry , throughout the eastern Pennsylvania and NJ areas . The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A background in the aggregate or material process industry or a strong background in outside parts sales a .
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the material and construction industry , and to understand their equipment needs.
- Utilize demand planning techniques to forecast customer requirements and the ability to create opportunities and get meetings with decision makers.
- Manage the order management system to process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks related to sales transactions, inventory control, and customer interactions.
- Utilize CRM for tracking your performance and maintain a full schedule
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Conduct demonstrations and training on new products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales and or the equipment industries
- Ability to work independently managing the territory
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
