Post Harvest

Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Post-Harvest team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for trimming, packaging, labeling, and/or preparing cannabis products for distribution, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company quality standards. We are seeking candidates best suited for our pre-roll, trimming, and packaging departments. Responsibilities Weigh, package, and label cannabis products with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area. Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. Adhere to state regulations and company policies regarding cannabis packaging and handling. Operate packaging equipment and maintain safety standards. Accurately complete required documentation and logs. Hand-trim and manicure cannabis plants with precision and care. Remove leaves and stems to meet quality standards. Inspect buds for quality, consistency, and any issues (e.g., mold, pests). Weigh and record trimmed product for inventory tracking. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the trimming workspace. Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production goals. Adhere to state regulations and company compliance protocols. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Must pass a background check in accordance with state cannabis laws. Must get your state credentials upon starting Optional: Prior experience in cannabis or similar industries is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, or move for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 10-50lbs occasionally. Comfortable working in environments with strong smells and temperature variations.
